NOT REFUNDABLE. It is applied towards the final purchase price. The kitten will be reserved when your deposit and signed contract are received. Request contract from your breeder to review and signature. Deposit will be refunded to you only if we decide to use our right to refuse selling you a kitten till pickup time.
In this case your deposit is being transferred to the closest litter where we may have a kitten of gender/color you requested unless you are willing to change your reservation to the color/gender presently available in this litter.
If there are a few kittens with the same color/gender in the litter you have the right to make a choice according to the date your reservation is approved. Choosing a kitten from the litter may happen right away or at the time of pick up. It varies. Before you made a choice we will be sending pictures of all kittens of this gender/color and after everybody makes a selection - you will be receiving only pictures of your kitten.
We are not doing pictures/videos more often than biweekly. Sometimes you may see them on instagram.
You will have a brochure with your kitten where we carefully collected recommendations for your kittens whether it is food or care. You can request an electronic copy of this brochure but only your kitten is reserved. Otherwise you are welcome to do your own research. WE are not sending individual recommendations. Please, allow at least 1 hour when you are picking up your kitten. We have to talk to share our knowledge and your kitten has a good start in your house.
We are not accepting credit cards, we are not accepting personal checks. We are accepting transfers from Zelle. Venmo, cashiers check, money order or cash at the time of picking up your kitten. Please, prepare for the payment time. Make checks to All About Cats LLC.
